🎣 Tigers– Cheer on Our BassCat, Mace Ridgeway! 🎣
Our very own Tiger, Mace Ridgeway, is competing in the Major League Fishing (MLF) Abu Garcia High School Fishing qualifier for the championship this weekend! ✨
📍 Location: Pickwick Lake — a beautiful body of water running through Tennessee and Alabama
⛺ Lodging: The team will be tent camping in Florence, Alabama, during the tournament
🌊 Event Host: MLF (Major League Fishing)
Mace and his teammate Brian Gibbs will proudly represent the Galatia/Thompsonville BassCats, alongside both a High School and Junior Team.
Boaters from all over the country will be there competing for top honors, and we couldn’t be more proud of Mace for representing our school and community!

Congratulations to the Galatia/Thompsonville BassCats Mace Ridgeway and Brian Gibbs. On Saturday, September 27th they attended the Hunting and Fishing Days and placed 3rd out of 54 boats with a weight of 11 lbs. @ Crab Orchard Lake. On Sunday, September 28th at the Illinois Bass Nation High School they placed 2nd out of 31 boats and Big Bass of 5.20 lbs. @ Lake of Egypt with a total weight of 14.68 lbs. Congratulations Boys!
